Premio GRIMAUD 2002
Campioni Dal 3 al 5 Ottobre a Grimaud (Francia) si è svolto il primo “Festival Europeo di laser show”. Alla manifestazione hanno partecipato 9 tra le migliori aziende europee (selezionate dal comitato organizzatore). Davanti ad un pubblico di quasi 10000 persone Laser Entertainment si è aggiudicata il primo posto in entrambe le categorie: “grafica laser” ed “effetti volumetrici”.Lo spirito
del festival intendeva essere una riunione amichevole di queste
aziende affinché potessero dimostrare le proprie competenze in una piacevole atmosfera di fronte al pubblico francese. |

Nine of the most respected European companies were selected by the organization comitee to compete in two different categories: graphics and volumetric effects.Laser Entertainment srl, in front of an
estimated audience of 10000 people, has been awarded with the 1-st
Prize Golden Laser in both categories. We noticed that there were
no Festival of Show Laser in France. |

Questo obiettivo sembra essere stato raggiunto visti i messaggi di ringraziamento ricevuti e dalla soddisfazione del pubblico intervenuto. Alcuni numeri di questo successo: 10000 spettatori, 25 sistemi laser utilizzati da 50 tecnici.Il programma del festival era il seguente. I giorni 1 e 2 ottobre erano dedicati al ricevimento dei partecipanti ed alle prove tecniche per la categoria dell’animazione grafica. Ne due giorni successivi sette aziende hanno presentato i loro spettacoli. Sabato 5 Ottobre nove aziende hanno allestito il loro equipaggiamento sulla spiaggia per esibirsi nei laser show di effettistica la sera stessa.Le 9 aziende europee che hanno accettato la sfida sono: Laserlight Showdesign (Germania), HW Lasertechnik (Germania), Global Laser Systeme (Austria),Laser System Europe (Belgiuo),Europe Evènement (Francia), LPI (Francia), Laser Entertainment (Italia), Laserforum (Olanda), MVS Lasertechnik (Svizzera). |

We deepened our study and we realized that in the European scale, numerous professionals companies of show laser existed but no Festival to reunite them. If the pyrotechnics is usual in France, the show laser still remains to discover. So we decided to create this European Festival of Show Laser.The 1st goal of this Festival was to meet professionals of show laser and to present their show to the French audience, to prove that a show laser is realized by qualified professionals whatever the technical difficulty of the site (relief, climate, natural screen…). 6 months of preparation were necessary to organize this Festival. We passed the following stages: to look for sites for the graphic and beam shows, to select participants, to find partners and sponsors, to realize technical studies for water and electricity supplies…until the realization of the event from the 1st till the 5th of October 2002. The schedule of the Festival is the following one. The 1st and the 2nd of October were dedicated to the reception of the participants and for the technical rehearsals for the graphic category. During 2 days, 7 companies presented their graphic show from 3 till 4 October. Saturday, October 5 in the morning the 9 European companies participating in the Festival set up their equipment on the beach for the beam show which took place same evening.The 9 European companies of show laser which decided to take up the challenge with us are : Laserlight Showdesign (Germany), HW Lasertechnik (Germany), Global Laser Systeme (Austria),Laser System Europe (Belgium),Europe Evènement (France), LPI (France), Laser Entertainment (Italy), Laserforum (Netherlands), MVS Lasertechnik (Switzerland).
On Saturday, October 5th took place the finale of the Festival on Port Grimaud’s beach. During Finale the winners received their Prize

This purpose seems reached according to the messages of thanks that we receive and the satisfaction of the audience… With these data you will have an idea of the dimension of the Festival 20 000 spectators, 25 lasers, 50 technicians… Then we hope that these participants and new companies will be present for the organization of our next event which could be why not at the world scale…

Regolamento del festival.
Obiettivi del festival:
- Provare e sottolineare la qualità, l’originalità e la spettacolarità degli spettacoli laser.
- Dimostrare che i professionisti sono in grado di effettuare spettacoli laser anche in situazioni logistiche e tecniche complesse (clima, disponibilità elettriche e di acqua, ).
- Incontrare i migliori professionisti del settore laser per confrontare le loro opinioni circa le ultime evoluzioni del settore (sistemi yag, scanner, multimedia,…)
Le società partecipanti possono competere in 2 categorie: animazioni grafiche, ed effettistica laser. Ogni categoria prevede i seguenti premi: Primo classificato – Premio Laser Oro Secondo classificato – Premio Laser Argento Terzo classificato – Premio Laser bronzo Premio della creatività. Lunghezza: Da un minimo di 4 ad un massimo di 14 minuti. Tipo di spettacolo: gli spettacoli di grafica sono proiettati su una superficie naturale (montagna). Gli spettacoli di effettistica sono invece proiettati direttamente sul pubblico con la possibilità di avere un piccolo intervento anche di grafica (non più lungo del 20% della lunghezza dello show) da proiettarsi su schermo ad acqua o schermo gonfiabile. Gli effetti volumetrici devono essere effettuati rispettando le normative di sicurezza vigenti. Originalità degli spettacoli: Gli spettacoli devono essere realizzati al 100% dalla società iscritta o in esclusiva per essa. Tutti gli iscritti vengono giudicati. Per iscriversi al festival ogni società accetta il regolamento.
Criteri di giudizio: I partecipanti vengono giudicati con dei criteri che rispecchiano le reali capacità di svolgimento e di realizzazione di uno spettacolo laser:
1 - creatività;
2 - sincronismo tra la colonna sonora e gli effetti;
3 - capacità di adattamento alla location dove si richede di effettuare lo spettacolo;
4 - armonia globale dello spettacolo. Ogni criterio viene giudicato con un voto da 0 a 10. L’assegnazione dei premi coincide con il punteggio complessivo totalizzato.
